Racheal Jablonski has joined Phoenix Psychology & Counseling as a therapist under the supervision of Dr. Hait. Racheal is a licensed master social worker who is trained in therapy, counseling and life betterment services for children and families to address issues such as behavior disorders, emotion regulation, self-esteem and family communication styles. She specializes in play therapy, social skills development, trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Racheal’s objective is to improve functioning in families by fostering healthy communication and help children develop necessary skills to regulate their emotions and behaviors. She prepares children and families with the necessary tools to succeed and grow together.
Racheal has developed a diverse skill set through her years of working in the community mental health sector, specifically with at-risk youth in Chicago and adults diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI) in Phoenix. Her time and dedication to helping these groups has given her the experience that has shaped the therapist she is today.
